Travel fees are separate from the moving labor rate unless they are specifically included in a written flat-rate estimate. The applicable travel charge is confirmed with your estimate based on the move details.

Moves Beyond 60 Miles
Moves requiring more than 60 miles of travel are quoted individually. Longer-distance pricing can depend on total mileage, travel time, pickup and destination locations, tolls, parking or access requirements, crew size, truck requirements and other move-specific factors.
Travel Fees and Your Estimate
Your estimate should identify the moving labor rate and any applicable travel charges. If a written flat-rate quote states that travel is included, the terms of that written quote control for that move.
