Our standard moving rates are based on crew size and a four-hour minimum. Travel fees are additional unless specifically included in a written flat-rate estimate.

Choosing the Right Crew
Two movers may be appropriate for smaller apartments, storage moves and furniture jobs. Three movers can improve efficiency for larger apartments, multi-bedroom homes and jobs with stairs or longer carries. Four movers may be recommended for larger homes, commercial relocations, substantial furniture or more complex loading. The actual crew recommendation depends on the job.
Additional Services
Moving can be combined with packing, unpacking, furniture and shelving assembly, storage moves, commercial moving, junk removal, cleaning, hoisting and specialty-item handling. Pianos, safes, artwork, copy machines and other unusually heavy or delicate items should be discussed before moving day.
Payment Options
Payment options may include cash, certified bank checks, money orders, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Personal checks are not accepted. Electronic payments are subject to the current 3.25% processing fee. Your written estimate or booking confirmation controls for your specific job.
